Your order will ship 24hrs after funds are cleared using cash deposit or EFT. Credit card payments will be sent 24hrs after payment received. (usually the next day) For back ordered items or out of stock items, we will send a notification as soon as the item(s) are in stock. If payment has already been made, we will ship the item immediately.

We send all packages via Courier Guy straight to your delivery address.

We do accept returns: 1.) Item must be returned within 7-days. No items will be eligible for return after 7 days. 2.) A standard 20% handling fee is charged on all returns. 3.) All returned items must be unopened in it's original packaging. 4.) Items that are damaged or opened will not be refunded. 5.) Return delivery fee will be for the customer's account. 6.) Item will be re-shipped upon receipt of courier fee payment.
